The program allows employers to offer a comprehensive package of supplemental benefits to employees with NO investment from the employer and NO reduction in an employee’s take-home pay. The programs include life insurance (term and whole), universal life, disability, accident plan, critical illness with cancer plans, Legal Shield/ID Shield, and a participatory proactive preventative care dashboard, which allows employees to receive assistance from certified coaches.
